Accessibility
We are committed to making high-quality literacy support accessible to more families by offering reduced-cost tutoring options when available.
Julie Striewski is an elementary teacher in the Redmond School District who is passionate about helping young learners become confident readers. She has been providing tutoring using the Orton-Gillingham approach since 2022, supporting students who benefit from clear, structured, and research-based instruction.
Julie brings a calm, encouraging approach, helping each child build skills at their own pace while growing confidence along the way. She believes every child deserves access to effective literacy support and is committed to making tutoring more accessible for families by offering reduced-cost options when possible.
Outside of teaching, Julie enjoys hiking, spending time in the mountains, reading, and building strong friendships while enjoying everything Central Oregon has to offer!
